Westrich Pacific is an Edmonton-based multifamily real estate developer specializing in high-rise residential development. We create iconic landmarks across Canada through innovative architectural design in locations we would want to live in ourselves.
Fifteen years of steady growth have built a diverse portfolio: land development, mixed-use communities, high- and low-rise condominiums. From the start we have committed to design-driven architecture in carefully researched, transit-oriented locations. Today our deepest commitment is rentals, the elevated standard of living you would expect from condominium ownership, available to renters.
In-house project management is one of the key reasons we keep control over the quality of our builds. Our teams are involved in every facet of the process, and they are a family in more than name; many of the people who poured our first foundations are still here.
