David Lam
President
David Lam has been the President of Westrich Pacific since its inception in 2010 and has been a successful business developer in the Edmonton area for nearly 40 years. He is responsible for the oversight of the company at the highest level and for making all executive decisions relating to lender approvals and personal guarantees. David is credited for developing an 80-acre sub-division South Hampton's, University Plaza, University Place and The Parliament.
David Sanche
Co-CEO
David started his real estate career in 2006 working as a commercial broker, which facilitated the development of business connections within the real estate community. Through this, he met Richie Lam and David Lam, which led to the creation of Westrich Pacific. Over 14 years, the trio have developed millions of square feet and thousands of units across Canada worth over a billion dollars. David has also embarked on affordable housing initiatives with Leston Holdings, co-founding Leston James to transform communities through renovations and new builds with a current portfolio of 2,000 multi-family units.
Richie Lam
Co-CEO
Richie Lam has been the Co-CEO of Westrich Pacific alongside David Sanche since its inception in 2010. With ten-plus years of experience as an investment banker and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta, he works closely with partners to provide expertise in investor relations. Richie oversees all financing, daily operations, business development, and leads Westrich's in-house construction team through strategic project management.

Thinh An
Managing Partner · Operations
Thinh An is Managing Partner of Operations, keeping our projects moving from acquisition through delivery on schedule and to standard. He owns the day-to-day operational rhythm across the portfolio and works shoulder to shoulder with the executive team. Ask anyone here: when Thinh says it is handled, it is handled.
Kennedy Minogue
Operations Manager
Kennedy Minogue is our Operations Manager, coordinating the daily handoffs between operations, sales, and property management across the portfolio. She is the person who makes sure the left hand always knows what the right is building. Calm, organized, and impossible to rattle.
Tracy Suttie
Controller
Tracy Suttie is our Controller, overseeing financial reporting, accounting, and project-level cost controls across the development and operating portfolio. She keeps the numbers honest so the buildings can be ambitious. Tracy is the reason our budgets behave.

Codie Hopkins
Construction Manager
Codie Hopkins is our Construction Manager, leading on-site execution from foundations through occupancy. He owns trade coordination, schedule, and quality control, and he holds all three to the same standard. You will usually find him on site, because that is where the answers are.

Tammy Quach
Director · Leasing & Property Management
Tammy Quach is our Director of Leasing & Property Management, responsible for resident experience, lease-up performance, and the standards our buildings are run to. She treats every lease like the start of a long stay, which is exactly how our residents tend to treat it too. Nobody roots harder for our tenants.
