President
President of Westrich Pacific since inception in 2010. A successful business developer in Edmonton for nearly 40 years. Responsible for company oversight at the highest level and executive decisions on lender approvals and personal guarantees. Career credits include the 80-acre South Hampton's sub-division, University Plaza, University Place, and The Parliament.
David Sanche
Co-CEO
Started his real estate career in 2006 as a commercial broker. Met Richie Lam and David Lam through industry connections, leading to the founding of Westrich Pacific. Over fifteen years they have developed millions of square feet and thousands of units across Canada worth more than a billion dollars. Alongside Westrich, David has embarked on affordable housing initiatives with Leston Holdings, transforming communities through renovations and new builds with a current portfolio of 2,000 multi-family units.
Richie Lam
Co-CEO
Co-CEO alongside David Sanche since inception in 2010. Ten-plus years' experience as an investment banker. Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta. Oversees financing, daily operations, business development, and the in-house construction team.
