Westrich Pacific is an Edmonton-based multifamily real estate developer specializing in high-rise residential developments. Since 2010, founders David Lam, Richie Lam, and David Sanche have built a portfolio spanning land development, mixed-use communities, and high- and low-rise condominiums, developing millions of square feet and thousands of units across Canada worth over a billion dollars.
Our investment philosophy is design-driven and location-led. We pursue A-class, transit-oriented sites near LRT and major transit infrastructure, then differentiate through architectural design, construction technology, and in-house project management. Quality control runs from material selection through delivery, a vertically integrated approach that protects timeline, budget, and resident experience.
