The View

The View at Grandin City is a 23-storey tower harmoniously merging urban-contemporary design within a mature park community. The architecture is designed to be complementary to Grandin's quiet streets, creating a seamless transition that extends from indoors out. Designed by Chris Dikeakos Architects and approved by Edmonton City Council in 2018, the 179-suite, 171,000 sqft tower at 9922 111 Street is the first phase of Westrich Pacific's Grandin City master plan, with the 29-storey Grandin 2 to follow on an adjacent parcel. The unit mix includes family-sized three- and four-bedroom homes alongside the tower's one- and two-bedroom suites, with floor-to-ceiling glazing oriented to capture views of the river valley, downtown core, and Government House Park.
