Westrich Bay Rentals is the rental side of our master-planned waterfront community at 1660 Old Ferry Wharf Road, on Westbank First Nation lands adjacent to West Kelowna. Three rental buildings, Bay One, Bay Two, and Bay Three, share a single lakefront parcel directly on Okanagan Lake, and they share the good stuff too: a private white-sand beach, an on-site marina, an in-ground pool and hot tub, a fitness centre, a resident lounge, landscaped courtyards, and fire tables threading the community together.

Bay One (Building A) and Bay Two (Building B) opened in 2025 and are now leasing, together delivering roughly 335 one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites from approximately 573 to 1,312 square feet. One- and three-bedroom suites are fully leased; two-bedroom homes are available from $2,200/month. Bay Three (Building C) is under construction, with leasing opening soon. Inside, expect nine-foot ceilings, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, in-suite laundry, and central air conditioning, with heated underground parking, keyless entry, and 24/7 on-site management rounding out each building.
