Belgravia Heights

Belgravia Heights is our six-storey, 116-suite rental community at 11414 76 Avenue NW in southwest Edmonton, now leasing with move-ins beginning October 2026. Suites run from studios through three-bedroom layouts, and every one comes with in-suite laundry, central air, and modern finishes.

We chose Belgravia for a reason. Residents can walk to the University of Alberta, the U of A Hospital, and the North Saskatchewan River Valley trail network, while the McKernan/Belgravia LRT station puts Old Strathcona, Whyte Avenue, and downtown a short ride away. Faculty, medical staff, students, professionals: this location works hard for all of them.

Inside, there is a fitness centre, a rooftop terrace, secure bike storage, optional heated underground parking, and a pet-friendly policy. Belgravia Heights joins West Garneau and University Heights in our University-area family of buildings, where our residents tend to arrive for the location and stay for the building.
