Grandin 2

Grandin 2 is the second tower in our Grandin City master plan: a 29-storey, 267-suite rental highrise approved for 11206 100 Avenue in Edmonton's Oliver/Grandin community. It joins The View at Grandin City to anchor a multi-tower residential precinct on the north edge of downtown.

The site earns its keep. MacEwan University, the Brewery District, Jasper Avenue, and the river valley are all a short walk out the door, with quick LRT and transit access to the rest of the core. We designed the tower massing and the 5-level underground parkade to sit comfortably alongside the mature park community around it. Good neighbours matter, especially when you plan to be one for decades.

Inside, layouts will run from one-bedroom through three-bedroom-plus-den, oriented toward river valley and downtown skyline views, with amenity programming consistent with our other downtown rentals. Construction timing is forthcoming. Register your interest and you will hear it from us first.
