Grandin 2

Grandin 2 is a 29-storey, 267-suite rental highrise approved for 11206 100 Avenue in Edmonton's Oliver/Grandin community. It is the second tower in Westrich Pacific's Grandin City master plan, joining The View at Grandin City to anchor a multi-tower residential precinct on the north edge of downtown.

The site sits a short walk from MacEwan University, the Brewery District, Jasper Avenue, and the river valley, with quick LRT and transit access to the rest of the core. The 5-level underground parkade and tower massing are designed to fit alongside the surrounding mature park community.

The building will offer one-bedroom through three-bedroom-plus-den layouts oriented toward views of the river valley and downtown skyline, with amenity programming consistent with Westrich's other downtown rentals. Construction timing is forthcoming.
