Bridgeland

Bridgeland is a forthcoming six-storey, 140-unit multi-family rental low-rise on a 149,000-square-foot site at 628 1 Avenue NE in Calgary. The development brings purpose-built rental supply to one of the city's most walkable inner-city neighbourhoods, immediately east of the Bow River and downtown core.

The Bridgeland-Riverside community is anchored by main-street retail along 1 Avenue, a short walk to the Bridgeland-Memorial CTrain station, and direct connections to the Bow River pathway, Memorial Drive, and Calgary Zoo. Future residents will be steps from independent restaurants, cafés, and the East Village across the river.

Westrich Pacific is targeting modern suite layouts, in-suite finishes consistent with its other Western-Canadian rentals, and ground-floor activation appropriate to Bridgeland's mixed-use main street. Timing and amenity programming will be confirmed as the project advances through permitting.
