Lotus Park

Lotus Park is a six-storey, 152-suite rental building under construction at 10164 108 Street NW in downtown Edmonton, immediately adjacent to its sister project Lilac Park. Designed by J+S Architect for Westrich Pacific and reaching roughly 20 metres in height, the building is targeting a Summer 2026 completion.

The project pairs residential suites above with retail space at grade, helping to extend the active streetwall along 108 Street between Jasper Avenue and 104 Avenue. The location sits within walking distance of the new O'day-min (Warehouse) Park, MacEwan University, the Brewery District, and Government Centre LRT.

Pre-registration is open at lotuspark.ca for priority suite selection. Together with Lilac Park, Lotus Park is part of Westrich Pacific's broader downtown infill push under City of Edmonton incentives that have unlocked roughly 1,800 housing units in the core.
