Lotus Park is a six-storey, 152-suite rental building at 10164 108 Street NW in downtown Edmonton, immediately adjacent to its sister project Lilac Park, and now leasing with move-ins beginning fall 2026. Designed with J+S Architect, the building pairs residential suites above with retail at grade, extending the active streetwall along 108 Street between Jasper Avenue and 104 Avenue. We like buildings that give something back to their block.
From here you can walk to the new O'day-min (Warehouse) Park, MacEwan University, the Brewery District, and the Government Centre LRT. Together with Lilac Park, Lotus Park is part of our broader downtown infill push under City of Edmonton incentives that have unlocked roughly 1,800 housing units in the core.
