Ultima Tower

Ultima Tower is where our downtown Edmonton story got tall: a 33-storey, 199-unit mixed-use highrise at 10238 103 Street, completed in 2015. Designed by DIALOG, the roughly 109-metre tower was the first highrise to deliver in what is now the ICE District, with sweeping views over Rogers Place, the Financial Core, and the river valley.

The 237,000-square-foot building runs villa-style suites on floors 5 to 9 and tower suites on floors 10 to 32, with floor-to-ceiling triple-pane soundproof glass throughout and a private balcony on every home. It is widely credited as the first downtown Edmonton building to deliver a true rooftop park and amenity floor, a first we are still fond of.

Residents enjoy a fully equipped fitness centre and a ninth-floor amenity level with an indoor lounge, wet bar, and a landscaped outdoor deck complete with hot tub, cabanas, BBQ pit, and fireplace. The tower is sold out and operates as a resident-managed condominium corporation. Downtown grew up around it, exactly as we bet it would.
