Ultima Tower
Multi-Family Mixed-Use High-Rise
Ultima Tower is a 33-storey, 199-unit mixed-use highrise at 10238 103 Street in downtown Edmonton, completed by Westrich Pacific in 2015. Designed by DIALOG, the roughly 109-metre tower was the first highrise to deliver in what is now the ICE District, with sweeping views over Rogers Place, the Financial Core, and the river valley.
The building reaches 237,000 square feet across villa-style suites on floors 5 to 9 and tower suites on floors 10 to 32, with floor-to-ceiling triple-pane soundproof glass throughout and private balconies on every home. It is widely credited as the first downtown Edmonton building to deliver a true rooftop park and amenity floor.
Residents enjoy a fully equipped fitness centre and a ninth-floor amenity level featuring an indoor lounge with wet bar and a landscaped outdoor deck with hot tub, cabanas, BBQ pit, and fireplace. The tower is sold out and operates as a resident-managed condominium corporation.
