West Windsor

West Windsor is our six-storey, 172-suite rental building at 8721 118 Street NW in Edmonton's Windsor Park neighbourhood, immediately west of the University of Alberta main campus. The building is move-in ready and now leasing, and we think it is one of the best-located buildings we have ever finished.

The site sits between the U of A and the river valley trail network, with Whyte Avenue's restaurants and entertainment a short walk south through Old Strathcona and the LRT a few blocks east.
