West Windsor

West Windsor is a 172-suite multi-family rental building at 8715 118 Street NW in Edmonton's Windsor Park neighbourhood, immediately west of the University of Alberta main campus. The roughly 141,000-square-foot project is targeting a Q3 2026 first-occupancy and is currently accepting interest registrations.

The site sits between the U of A and the river valley trail network, with Whyte Avenue's restaurants and entertainment a short walk south through Old Strathcona and the LRT a few blocks east. The location is positioned to serve graduate students, faculty, hospital staff, and professionals who want to live close to campus without giving up downtown access.

Suites and amenity programming will follow the standard Westrich Pacific rental package — modern kitchens, in-suite laundry, central air, balconies, secure bike storage, fitness centre, resident lounge, and heated underground parking. Final unit mix and pricing will be released closer to launch.
