Cyrville

Cyrville is a three-building, six-storey multi-family rental community planned for 1125 Cyrville Road in east Ottawa. The project totals 288 suites across roughly 255,000 square feet and is currently moving through Ottawa's planning process; the site is referenced in city and SkyscraperPage records as the 1125–1149 Cyrville Road redevelopment.

The location sits within Ottawa's Cyrville neighbourhood, a transit-oriented employment and residential area immediately west of the Ottawa Train Yards retail district and minutes from downtown via the 417. Cyrville Station on the Confederation Line LRT is a short walk from the site, giving future residents direct rail access to uOttawa, Parliament, and east-end employment nodes.

Westrich Pacific's submission contemplates three mid-rise buildings with shared courtyard programming and a unit mix oriented toward purpose-built rental — the developer's first major Ontario project after a decade of Alberta and BC work.
