Kensington is a six-storey, 151-suite multi-family rental low-rise at 1122 Gladstone Road NW in Calgary's Kensington/Hillhurst district. The 126,000-square-foot building is targeting completion in summer 2026 and is currently accepting pre-registrations through kensingtonheights.ca for priority suite selection.

The site sits on Gladstone Road in one of Calgary's most walkable inner-city neighbourhoods, a short walk from Kensington Road's restaurants and boutique retail, the Bow River pathway, Riley Park, and the Sunnyside CTrain station. SAIT and downtown are both reachable in minutes by transit, bike, or car.

Unit layouts will span one-, two-, and three-bedroom configurations with finishes in line with Westrich Pacific's other Western-Canadian rentals — modern kitchens, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, and balconies — alongside underground parking, secure bike storage, and resident amenity space. Final amenity programming will be confirmed closer to leasing.
